Holleman has been on Romanian market since 1997, period during which a range of positive transformations took place within the company, all so the transportation services offered to beneficiaries to be performed on high standards of quality.

• 1997 – it is incorporated the company, having as majority shareholder the company Holleman Holding BV from Holland. The company starts its activity with only one truck Iveco Turbostar.

• in the following period, we began to invest in the formation of a performing fleet and we performed especially complex transportations.

• we have managed to progress in an accelerated rhythm, becoming one of the important transportation companies from Eastern Europe and this due to our quality service, due to seriousness and fulfilment of promises made to clients.

• 2001 – we have transported the Christmas tree offered by Romania to His Holiness, Pope Ioan Paul the 2nd. The height of the tree (or its length, on trailer), was of 24m, and its crown, on base, had before packing, a diameter of 9,5m.

• 2003 – the current general manager of the company purchased the whole package of shares of Holleman Holding BV. It takes place the implementation of an informational system of management of special transportation.

• 2004 – half of the company’s shares are held by the company Peter Schwandner Transport + Logistik GmbH of D-92536, Pfreimd, situated near Regensburg, a strategic area for West-East traffic. The presence of German investor gave a new effusion and another dimension to business. The rest of shares are held by the same shareholder Romanian founder.

• 2005 – 2006 – takes place an important progress in the endowment of shipping. If we used to carry out 55 tones, now we have the possibility to transport 315 tones, only with an equipment matriculated in Romania. One may reach to superior performances with an equipment specially brought from the German partner.

• 2006 – takes place the Holleman extension in Bulgaria through the incorporation of Holleman Bulgaria O.O.D

• 2007 – are accomplished 10 years since the incorporation of Holleman in Romania and we mark this event mainly through the construction of a new seat, with modern halls and offices, meant to bring more quality to our services.

• 2007 – we have inaugurated the new branch Holleman in Moldavia Republic, Holleman East Srl.

• 2007 – we have inaugurated the new branch Holleman in Serbia, Holleman transport D.O.O.

• 2008 – we have inaugurated the new branch Holleman in Hungary, Holleman Pannónia Kft.

• 2008 – we have inaugurated the new branch Holleman in Ukraine, „Holleman Ukraine“ SLL

• 2009 – we have inaugurated the new service of trucks Holleman.
